Laser cannons are great for large or stationary targets. They're also considerable lighter on memory requirements, allowing you some leeway in your build. They have around 200 base damage and a fairly large magazine like the Throne, but they sport slightly lower reload time. If you like punchy low rof ARs, keep an eye out for a couple 3 slot Grim Reaper II S variants. I personally prefer a higher rof and more ammo for ARs in general. I think it's the low fire rate that really gets me on those, but they do pack a punch and quite accurate.

While they don't hit as hard (per hit), I prefer the Astreaus II over the Guilty Throne. You can also use Kusanagi arms for pure reload speed, they pretty much trivialize it. I personally prefer at least one real arm, that way I can carry 3 lightweight weapons along with a bazooka that doesn't have to reload. Otherwise every miss get you closer to carrying paperweights. The other small terminal has the regular co-op missions where you can challenge upgraded bosses and the other reclaimer factions.Įdit: To comment on duel bazookas, they're nice if you are sure there will be ammo to grab or you won't miss. However, with the added hazards, there is also potential to find wrecked arsenals or a variety of special "loot" rooms. It also introduces flooded rooms to the layout, which can end your mission swiftly should you fall in the water. There probably 8-10 generic arsenals and the boss room has 3. The second map is much larger, having closer to 30 rooms in all. There is also one "boss" arsenal at the end that had more predictable loot based on the designation of has. The first map is much easier, and usually has between 4-6 generic arsenals and various AI scattered about a facility of 14 rooms or so.

Despite being co-op, they can be done alone, just set the room size to 1. If you go to the small purple terminal off to the right of the main terminal, you can access the co-op exploration missions. The sets from the later bosses are much more specialized in function, so you can mix them up a bit. You'll have like 35k+ VP though, so it's not like you'll really need to dodge bullets anyway. You can just use your melee dash or Icarus boosters to move faster. It's slower than hell, but as beefy as they come. The boss Rebellion and his co-op versions will meet you the Liberator set. I'd you want pure durability, the boys blueprint parts are some of the best for various purposes. The Liberator head is nice with a lock range increase, as it's crazy wide and has good lock speed and memory use. Legs are good place to grab some extra durability at the cost of speed. The Claymore body is one of the fastest outside of boost while still having decent defenses. Sword breakers are a decent replacement, but they have a slower reload for your bazooka. It doesn't improve damage, but you'll have less down time in general between attacks. If your prioritizing speed, muramasa arms (exploration 1/2 boss arsenal) have the best melee performance and great reload speed.
